Elmwood was the project that brought it all together. Chris, a seasoned builder and remodeler, and Erica, a Realtor with an eye for design, found this little home in downtown Middleton and saw what it could become.

What started as one house became something much bigger. Over the years, we’ve built a successful real estate business, a staging company, and now a design-build firm—bringing our experience, creativity, and love of homes together under one roof.
